RESEARCH
To shape the right solution, we analyzed top PMS competitors and conducted user interviews. Common frustrations included cluttered dashboards, confusing navigation, and poor mobile experiences. Our findings highlighted a demand for a clean, focused platform with local adaptability, especially for mobile-first users.
DESIGN
The visual design emphasizes modern minimalism and usability. I created a clean, modular layout with a neutral palette and strategic highlights. The custom logo features a minimal house icon in orange, blue, and white, symbolizing energy, trust, and clarity.
DEVELOPMENT
All interface elements and visuals were crafted using Adobe Illustrator, allowing for precise vector-based design and scalable UI assets. I developed a full design system including icons, components, and layout templates to ensure consistency.

Built around the idea of Smart Simplicity, the platform transforms complex processes into clear, intuitive workflows making property management more efficient, transparent, and human centered.
